Enhance your features without compromising your identity.
What Is Ethnic Rhinoplasty?
Ethnic rhinoplasty is nasal surgery performed on patients of diverse backgrounds, including Black, East Asian, South Asian, Middle Eastern, Indigenous, and Latin American heritage. These procedures consider unique anatomical features, including skin thickness, nasal bridge structure, tip definition, and cartilage support, while respecting each patient’s aesthetic preferences and cultural identity. Ethnic rhinoplasty may involve subtle refinement of:
- A low or wide nasal bridge
- A flat or undefined tip
- Flaring or wide nostrils
- Thick nasal skin
- Breathing difficulties related to internal structure
At Canadian Plastic Surgery Centre, our approach never involves Westernizing the face. We help each patient feel more confident in their skin, with surgical planning that honours their individuality.
